德州扑克pot是什么意思？
Pot，英文直译为“锅”、“容器”，而Pot在德州扑克游戏中的意思则为“底池”，如Pot-Limit，意为：允许加注的最大赌注为底池的大小。玩家的每次下注意欲何为？是价值下注还是诈唬？和底池大小有着非常紧密的关系。
底池（pot）的意思是到现在为止全部参与游戏的玩家（包括已经弃牌的玩家）一共投入的筹码的总额。
举个例子：
9人桌，大小盲注分别为：1/2，抓头为4，那么在翻牌之前，如果9个玩家全部平跟入池（没有加注）的话，那么9*4=36，在翻牌时Pot总额为36。
在Pot-Limit的规则之下，第一个行动的玩家如果要下注，最大下注金额就不能超过36了；如果在当前普遍流行的No-Limit，那么就没有任何的下注金额限制。
玩家每次下注的多少都是根据当前底池大小来决定的，通常情况下1/4、1/3、1/2和1倍的底池较为普遍，如果某个玩家想要诈唬的话，则下注的底池大小不宜太小，否则就起不到诈唬的作用。
