德州扑克游戏发牌规则：发牌一般五个步骤：底牌、翻牌、转牌、河牌和比牌。
底牌Perflop，先下大小盲注，然后给每个玩家发2张底牌，大盲注后面第一个玩家可以选择跟注、加注或者盖牌放弃，按照顺时针方向其他玩家依次表态，大盲注玩家最后表态。如果玩家有加注情况，前面已经跟注的玩家，需要再次表态甚至多次表态。
在翻牌之前，你首先要了解公牌，简单的说就是所有玩家一起都可以共用的牌（一共5张公共牌）。这5张公共牌不是一次性全部发出来的，而是先发3张，这时叫做翻牌，然后再发1张，叫做转牌，最后再发1张，叫做河牌。每次发牌之前都有一次轮流下注的机会。
下面进入翻牌阶段（Flop）同时发三张公牌，由小盲注开始，小盲注可以选择不下注，把机会留给下一个玩家，这叫过牌。他也可以拿出一些筹码，放在自己面前叫做下注。接下来的玩家想要继续玩这手牌，就必须拿出跟他一样或者更多的筹码，他的最后一个选择是弃牌，以此类推。按照顺时针方向依次表态，玩家可以选择下注加注或者盖牌放弃。
转牌Turn，发第4张牌，由庄家左边第一个还留在牌桌上的玩家开始，以此类推，按照顺时针方向依次表态，过牌、下注、弃牌。
河牌River，发第五张牌，由庄家左边第一个还留在牌桌上的玩家开始，以此类推，按照顺时针方向依次表态，过牌、下注、弃牌。
比牌，经过前面4轮发牌和下注，剩余的玩家开始亮牌比大小，成牌最大的玩家赢取池底。
